These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and aihoki ("we", "us", "our", "Platform", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the aihoki website located at https://aihoki.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with aihoki. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. aihoki shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, aihoki requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identification documents including but not limited to your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and selfie verification holding your identification document. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.
aihoki accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other supported local banks; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are generally processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take longer to process. E-wallet deposits typically process instantly. aihoki is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our control.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your aihoki Account are derived from legitimate sources and are owned by you. You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds and to suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect illegal activity.
You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours from the time of request for verified accounts. VIP tier members enjoy expedited processing: Gold tier (12 hours), Platinum tier (6 hours), and Diamond tier (2 hours). All withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name during account verification. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. We reserve the right to verify the identity of any Player requesting a withdrawal and to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawals. Funds associated with active bonuses or promotional offers that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or engage in fraudulent withdrawal activity may result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination.
aihoki does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and other restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at lower percentages or be excluded entirely. aihoki reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or any other activity that we deem to be abusive or fraudulent. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.
All bets are governed by the specific rules of each game or sports betting market as displayed on the Platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction as determined by aihoki in its sole discretion. All bet outcomes are final once officially confirmed by our system or game provider.
Sports betting markets include football (soccer) betting covering BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and other international leagues and tournaments. Available bet types include Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under goals, 1X2 (match result), accumulator bets (mix parlay), and various prop bets. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aihoki, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The aihoki Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that aihoki is not responsible for any losses you may incur. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aihoki, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity conducted through your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and aihoki. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with the seat of arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aihoki regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, between you and aihoki regarding the subject matter herein.
aihoki reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. aihoki reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service. Any remaining balance in your Account, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to aihoki, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. We are not obligated to provide reasons for account closure decisions, and such decisions are final.
